Tipo d’intervento 4.1.1 Investimenti per migliorare le prestazioni e la sostenibilità̀ globali dell’azienda agricola

 Descrizione operazione: Ristrutturazione parziale di un fabbricato posto su più piani con parziale cambio d’uso, al fine di ricavare al piano seminterrato una cantina per l’affinamento vini, una barricaia e il punto vendita diretta del vino aziendale e al piano primo un fruttaio per l’appassimento dell’uva; installazione di un elevatore idraulico.

Finalità: migliorare le prestazioni economiche dell’azienda, l’ammodernamento e l’implementazione del valore aggiunto sulle produzioni grazie al miglioramento dei processi di lavorazione dell’uva, all’affinamento del vino e alla sua commercializzazione.

Risultati ottenuti: Maggiore competitività del prodotto sul mercato e incremento del reddito aziendale.

Intervention Type 4.1.1 Investment to improve the overall performance and sustainabilitỳ of the farm

Description of operation: Partial renovation of a building placed on several floors with partial change of use, in order to obtain on the basement floor a wine cellar for wine aging, a barrique cellar and direct sales point for the company’s wine, and on the first floor a fruit store for grape drying; installation of a hydraulic elevator.

Purpose: To improve the economic performance of the farm, modernization and implementation of added value on productions through improved grape processing, wine aging and marketing.

Results obtained: Increased product competitiveness in the market and increased farm income.

Amount financed: 579,300.00 Euros
