Tasting Notes

Rose petal color, very fine bubble that caresses the palate. Savory and creamy, floral, its freshness gives it drinkability and digestibility.


Silvia’s bubbles are ideal not only for a good aperitif, but also as an accompaniment to seafood crudités appetizers, fresh cheeses, and fish entrees.

Harvest Period

Grapes harvested in late August.


Soft pressing of grapes and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16°C for 2 weeks. The wine then remains in contact with its fine lees for 4 months, during which frequent batonnage is performed so as to extract all the sweetness of the yeasts. Then re-fermentation takes place in an autoclave (Charmat Method), where it remains for another 7 months before being bottled.
